Use
The wg-qos@internet2.edu email list is the vehicle for working group discussions and business. This list is open to anyone in the Internet2 community. However, abusive users may find themselves unsubscribed and/or blocked from posting.

Subscribing
To subscribe, send email to listproc@internet2.edu with the message body:

subscribe wg-qos <your full name>

For example:

subscribe wg-qos Joe Schmo

Other legitimate subscribe methods include:
